Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain products such as perishable goods, personalized items, and digital products may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be indicated on the product page.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with the details.
